Historical Tracings

Completed during a first-year History of Art and Design course, these historical tracings involved hand-tracing architectural elements and artworks to study proportion, composition, and the level of detail embedded in historical design. The work builds visual awareness of the spaces and objects studied by closely observing how form, ornament, and linework come together.
